These terms govern your use of the Numino mobile game ("the app", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Using the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Numino on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or its puzzles.
Free with ads, or "Remove ads"
Numino is free to download and play, and the free version shows ads. Hints are limited in the free version; more can be earned by watching a short video.
"Remove ads" purchase
- A one-time purchase, not a subscription. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.
- It removes all ads and gives unlimited hints.
- The price is shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- It is tied to your Apple ID or Google account. Restore it on a new device with Restore purchases.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled by them under their own terms. We cannot issue refunds directly. On iOS, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, see Google Play refunds.
Your progress
Your progress is stored only on your device. We have no copy of it, so it cannot be recovered if the app is deleted or the device is lost.
Ads
Ads in the free version are provided by Google AdMob. We do not control their content, and we are not responsible for third-party products or websites they link to. How ad data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We may add, change or remove levels and features over time. We may also suspend or discontinue the app. "Remove ads" keeps working for as long as the app is available.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its operation or its ads, or get around the "Remove ads" purchase.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without affecting the consumer protection rights of the country in which you live.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
