These terms govern your use of the Regula mobile application ("the app", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Using the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Regula on devices you own or control, for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or its question content.
Free and Premium
Regula is free to download and includes a limited number of practice questions per day. Premium removes that limit and unlocks additional features, described on the upgrade screen in the app.
Subscription terms
- Premium is offered as a monthly or an annual auto-renewing subscription.
- The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Switching between plans within the same subscription group takes effect according to Apple's rules for upgrades and downgrades.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms. We cannot issue refunds directly. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your content and progress
Your progress belongs to you. It is stored on your device and, if you are signed in to iCloud, in your own private iCloud account. We do not have access to it. You can erase it at any time in Settings → Reset all progress.
Learning content
Regula's questions and explanations are provided for educational purposes and are prepared with care, but language is nuanced and mistakes are possible. The content is not professional or academic advice, and we do not guarantee any particular learning outcome or exam result. If you find an error, please report it in the app — there is a report button on every question.
Availability and changes
We may add, change or remove features, question content and subscription plans over time. We may also suspend or discontinue the app. Where a change materially reduces what an active subscription provides, we will give reasonable notice in the app.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its operation, circumvent the Premium gate, or extract its question content in bulk.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without affecting the consumer protection rights of the country in which you live.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
